What is SURPRISE BABY BOX?

SURPRISE BABY BOX is a monthly mystery box full of baby essentials. Hand-picked and conveniently delivered straight to your door. Clothes, toys, first books, snacks, acessories, and many more cool surprises. 
 

How does it work?

Choose between 1, 3, 6, or 12 month subscription. Complete your order and wait for your box to be delivered straight to your door. That's it, sounds easy right? :) 

How can I modify the options on my subscription plan? 

 Log in to your account page and click "subscriptions".Click "manage subscription". Click "modify plan details".Click "edit" on the subscription you want to modify. Choose the new variants. Click "change" and "confirm".
Please try to do it immediately after receiving your latest box, so we have time to change your products for the next box you’ll receive. 

What's inside the box each month?

Each box is filled with 4-6 handpicked nice items for pamper the baby! Boxes will include items such as first baby books,clothing and acessories, toys, teether and pacifiers, meal acessories, hygiene products and so much more! We do not personalize boxes.

How long does it take to receive my box each month?

Your box will be shipped to subscribers inside the USA  and Internationally around the 16th of each month. You can't choose when your box will be shipped. 

How do the subscription plans differ?

We have 4 options for our subscription boxes! You can choose a month to month subscription with an automatic renewing of $29.95 which you can cancel at any time! Or you can choose one of our subscription packages of 3, 6 or 12 months! These are better plans. That are paid in full the day of purchasing, making for the perfect gift! And the discounted rates make them even more affordable!  

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly renewing subscriptions can be canceled at any time in your account settings. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.  

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies?

For subscribers inside the USA and Internationally, the box will be shipped around the 16th of each month.  And boxes are renewed every 30th each month. 

What is your return policy?

 Subscription boxes are not returnable.  If you have a problem with your box, please contact us at babyboxsurprise@gmail.com

Is shipping included?

No, shipping is not included in the price of our boxes.

My address is incomplete / wrong. My package can not be delivered. What should I do?

You should expect the USPS to return your box to us so we can send it back to the address you provided. Upon payment of a new freight. it’s important to double check the address you provided and make sure it’s actually easy to locate. 
 

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re-billed?

SURPRISE BABY BOX is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards.
 

What shipping service will be used?

We use USPS First Class Mail to ship. Usually shipping takes up to x days. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to Canada and other countries.
